Orange cookies

Ingredients

1 glass of water oil (not olive oil)
1 glass of water sugar
1 glass of water orange juice
1 small spoon soda
1 small spoon cinnamon
1 kg flour
1 baking powder

Directions

For 5 min beat at mixer the oil and the sugar. Dilute the soda at the orange juice and put it at the bowl, add the cinnamon also and mix for a couple of sec. We add the baking powder at the flour and add the flour to the bowl slowly, not all of one time. We have to have a pliable dough. We leave the dough for a half an hour to rest.  Then we make cookies in every shape you want. Beat an egg yolk with a little water and a brush coat cookies. Bake the cookies for 10 min at 180 degrees.
Make these cookies and enjoyed with a cup of coffee
