Galaktoboureko

One of the most popular greek dessert with fillo and pastry cream. 

Ingredients 
1 package of fillo pastry 
100 gr melted butter 
For the pastry cream 
1 lit. fresh milk 
3-4 lightly mixed eggs 
1 cup of sugar 
1 cup samolina
1 tblspoon vanilla sugar
2 tblspoon butter
For the Sirup 
2 cups of water
3 cups of sugar
lemon rind, cinnamon stick
We place all the ingredients for the pastry cream in a top. Stir over medium heat until the cream starts to thick. In a baking pan start and lay the fillo pastry. In every 3 fillo pastry brush with the melted butter. When the half of the package of the fillo is laying in the baking pan, place the pastry cream and continue to lay the rest of the fillo. Carve into pieces and bake it about an hour. 
Place in a top the ingredients for the Sirup and heat it until starts to boil. At the hot galaktoboureko add the hot Sirup and leave it for an hour until the Sirup is absorbed.
