Home-made Granola

A healthy breakfast or snack. You can use what you prefer
Ingredients 
170 gr oats
50 gr almond nuts
50 gr pecan nuts
50 gr Brazil nuts
50 gr dried cranberries 
50 gr banana chips
1 tsp cinnamon
For the syrup 
90 gr butter 
180 ml honey
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
50 gr dark sugar

Preheat the oven to 180°C and lightly grease a baking tray with butter.
Place the oats and all the nuts with the cinnamon in the baking tray and mix well. Bake in the oven for 10 - 15 min. until crispy and lightly golden. 
In the meantime make the syrup. Heat the sugar, butter, honey in a sauce pan for 5 minutes until well combined. Remove from the heat and add the vanilla extract. 
Remove the toasted mix from oven and pour the syrup over it, mix together. Make sure all of the ingredients are coated in the syrup. Return to the oven and bake for 10 minutes. 
Remove from the oven and leave to cool slightly before adding the dried cranberries and banana chips.

Allow cool completely before placing into a storage jar.
